Damaged/Defective Items Report within 48 hours for a prompt, no-cost replacement.
Return Eligibility Items must be unused and in original condition. Furniture items are replacement-only; customized items are non-returnable unless defective. Please do not discard the original packaging.
Timeframe Initiate request within 7 days of delivery.
Process Contact us on 91-9667111778 or support@everythinghome.co.in with your order number and concern. Receive a return authorization number (RAN), if eligible.
Shipping We bear reverse shipping for any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item(s). Returnable items are picked up within 3-7 days of authorization
Refunds Issued immediately upon pickup via an NEFT to your bank account; credited within 7 business days thereafter.
Non-Returnable Items Gift cards, customized products, furniture, and final sale items cannot be returned. In case of any damage/ defect thereof, repair and/ or part/ full replacement will be arranged.
Return Preparation Keep items in original packaging with labels attached for smooth pickup.
